Tailored Portions and Foods

Your nutrition plan is tailored made to give your body exactly what it needs to hit your goals. It is based off of your current body composition, height, weight, age, and gender to know what your body requires from a nutrient stand point to perform optimally. Next it factors in any dietary restrictions, allergies, and food preferences to make sure that not only are you getting the nutrients you need, but from sources you like and can safely eat. The plan is then customized down to the specific foods and portions for every meal so you know exactly what to eat and how much.

Food Tracker

If you can track it you can change it. The plan comes with a food tracking feature in order to provide you with a self-accountability tool. This will allow you to see how you are doing and what you need to do to stay on track. This also allows the team behind the scenes to look over your efforts and provide suggestions for improvement along the way. Consistency is key when hitting any goal and with this tracker it gives you a way to stay consistent no matter what.

Food Variety

Many times we don’t access to certain foods or the time to eat exactly what is on the plan. With our plans you have the ability to swap any food at anytime. Simply click on the food you want to switch and it will display a drop down menu of multiple options that will automatically re-portion in order to still meet your nutritional needs that the first food fulfilled. This allows you to stay on track even on the go and not feel stuck or restricted at any time.

Grocery List & Recipes

In an effort to make proper nutrition easier your plan will give you a weekly grocery list. It will take into account the foods and portions prescribed for the upcoming week and total it in a printable or digital list. This will eliminate the headache of having to convert ounces to pounds or analyzing how many packs of “x” do I need to hit “y” — no more math! Also once you have the foods it will even give you recipes to help with cooking. Not only will this help in eliminating the guesswork in the process but it will keep you from the usual dry chicken and rice you are stuck with on most plans. Both features are there to make it easier and more enjoyable to stick to your plan.
