Our Approach

One of the leading health issues in America is poor diet and lack of exercise. And, we get it; dieting and exercise are often times overwhelming topics to dive into. A quick search will send you down a rabbit hole of different training methodologies, all of which claim they are the best, and dieting techniques that aren’t taking you into consideration. This results in analysis paralysis –too many options with not enough information to make an educated decision.

We wanted to change that.

Since you are multifaceted, the solution should be as well. Here at Expert Fitness and Coaching we have a combine 13 years’ experience in the fitness and nutrition industry. Over the course of our careers we have had the opportunity to help our clients overcome obstacles such as portion control, food choice, eating while on-the-go, limited workout time, improper form, etc.

We work 1-on-1 with you to understand your specific needs, goals, and preferences in order to develop a customized plan tailored to your lifestyle. Our plans include nutrition programming, exercise regimens, and 1-on-1 coaching sessions to set you up for success.


Our Team

Mitchell Parks
Mitchell has been passionate about fitness his entire life. Growing up he was involved in multiple sports; from the time he was 5 all the way through college. He attended Bridgewater College on an athletic scholarship where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Health & Exercise Science with a concentration in Nutrition.

While finishing up his degree Mitchell took a position at Complete Nutrition to help clients reach their fitness and wellness goals. With his degree, experience and passion he quickly advanced with Complete Nutrition and was named “Consultant of the Year” and was awarded the “Trailblazer Award for Best Customer Results”.

Mitchell is a business owner, a former collegiate athlete, and a true socialite. This blend of “life“ (i.e. busy and on-the-go, active, and making time for friends and family) means that Mitchell can relate with his clients on their level and empower them to reach their goals nonetheless. Mitchell has helped thousands of clients reach goals varying from losing 100+ pounds of fat to gaining 30 pounds of muscle and everything in between. After 3 years of perfecting his skills he decided to establish his own coaching company where he can work hands on with his clients to bring them the best results possible.
